The stay of my last visit was great value. the hotel was a unique base for enjoying the local area, just next door to all public transport as well as Crown Theatre. I really enjoyed the spotless and huge room with a balcony, bedroom, and appliances.

Lovely area, very central location not far from health freak cafe located out the front of Jacobs ladder, town and suburbs like Subiaco and river cruise to fremantle with commentary which was enjoyable. Tidy and terrific rooms, overlooking the city. You can't help enjoying fantastic service

Horrible staff!

Particularly good views, and the location is awesome adjacent to downtown, and the centre of the city.

Convenient location, super close to the convention center where we had an event 📍.

The layout of the rooms was excellent, as was the size. The location is great, right near the river and two minutes from the city centre with a free bus right outside. We were also please there was a free allocated parking space.

Could do with better utensils cooking equipment for self catering

The room was reasonably large and well-organised, with everything needed. the breakfast food, including muesli and eggs, was outstanding. - the hotel had a very central location, just a short walk from Jacobs Ladder.

Thank you very much all for a very lovely stay for 4 nights at a time. We loved the convenience of the apartment with balcony. The hotel was in a good and fab location right by the city, Kings Park and transport hubs, a park and train station and buses.

Cleanliess and good environment

This place is in a comfortable location, just a 15 minutes' walk to the rac arena.

menu at the restaurant could have been more extensive, lack of ramps for easy access and many stairs which made it difficult to handle heavy luggage or many shopping bags full

The spacious apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and very well set out. It was close to the city, in fact we walked to the Boxing day sales.

Reception wasn't always attended. Our Apartment was a long way from the main Reception area. It was initially hard to locate our Apartment.The main, big swimming pool was empty. The one we had to swim in was very small and not deep enough.

The staff here are very attentive and friendly, and there is convenient onsite parking available.

Needed fresh water bottles each day replaceing the empty ones
